Privacy Notice
Your information belongs to you. Here’s plainly what we collect, why, and what we never do.
Empowering People. Strengthening Communities.
The short version
Privacy, in plain language
Each of the three 9th Island organizations — the Chamber, the Foundation and the Cultural Center — is an independent legal entity and the operator of its own programs. When you share information with one organization, it stays with that organization unless you ask us to share it.
We collect only what we need to run programs and communicate with you: contact details you provide, program applications, donation intents and anonymized site analytics. We never sell your information. Health-related conversations with navigators are treated as confidential.
You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it — contact the Welcome Desk and we’ll route your request to the right organization.

The organization whose program or form you used — named by the badge near every page title and at every form. The Chamber, Foundation and Cultural Center each operate independently.
Information you provide (names, contact details, applications, messages), donation intents, and basic anonymized analytics about site use. Forms mark required fields clearly.
Between the three organizations, only with your permission or when needed to connect you to a program you asked about. With outside parties, only as required by law or to operate the site (e.g., hosting) — never sold.
Only as long as needed for the purpose you provided it, or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time.
We use essential cookies to keep the site working and — only if you accept — analytics cookies to understand aggregate use. Your choice is remembered and can be changed by clearing site data.
